GENERAL ARRANGEMENT
The tenant could’nt, in no circumstance, take an advantage of a
particular right of maintenance in the places from the initial expired
date on the present contract.
2- BENEFIT OF THE PLACES
The tenant will enjoy in a quiet way and will make a respectable use,
in conformity with the résidence attributed.
Before the leaving, the tenant will be engaged to make the mobil-home
as clean as he has found it at his coming.
If it’s not the case, the Camping of Haras’s staff’
s one of the member who will check the inventory of fixtures take note
of a cleaning is neccesary, either the tenant does it, either the garantee
of 50 euro will be conserved by the Camping of Haras and one of the staff
team will do it.
It will be possible for asking a cleaning at the end of the stay which
will be charged 50 euro.
3- GUARANTEE
A garante of 1000 euro for the Mobil-home and 50 euro for the cleaning
will be asked at the arrival of the guest.
In case of loss or damaging of the mobil-home and equipment at his disposal,
caused by the tenant, the amount of the garantee will be reduced of the
cost of the repairs of the mobil-home or substitute expenses.
If the garantee is lower, the tenant will engage to pay the différence
after the inventory of leaving.
4- NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
In case of the number of occupants accepted and mentioned in the contract
would be more important, the Camping of Haras will get the right to cancel
the réservation ( maximum 8 persons ).
5- ANIMALS
The animals of small size are accepted held leaves some. Us to prevent
at the time of the reservation if you to take along an animal with you.
6- INVENTORY OF THE FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT
This inventory ( furnitures, etc… ), will be done with the tenant
at the arrival and a the end of the stay in the Camping of Haras.
7- PAYMENT
The booking will be définitive when the guest will send back a
copy of the present contract and général rules + a credit
card number and his expired date ( as a garantee ) before the date indicated
in the contract.
At his coming, the tenant will pay the total amount of his stay in cach
or CB.
If the tenant put back the day of arrival, the Camping of Haras will be
informed few days before and won’t get the money back for the loss
of the days no enjoyed.
8- INTERRUPTION OF STAY
In case of interruption by the tenant and if the responsability of the
Camping is not implicated, no money will be sent back except the garantee
in the conditions indicated in the paragraph 3.
9-POLICY OF CANCELLATION
1) Any cancellation must be notified by letter registered with acknowledgement
of delivery.
2) The amount of the guarantee of reservation, versed as down payment,
remains sure by the camp-site of the Stud farms or Vattaux if: -
The customer did not present himself the day mentioned on the contract
(this contract is regarded as cancelled) - the customer cancels his reservation
within a lower or equal time 1 month.
